Saturday, Micah and I went to Alcester for Cameryn's 1st Birthday party. It was really nice to see everyone, we enjoyed ourselves. Micah had a good time playing with Cam's new toys of course! He also found a new friend in Clara, Sophia's sister and of course Ramsey, the dog (a boxer). Here are a few pictures of the party, as you can tell, Cam sure liked her cake!!
After the party, we headed homeward. Of course making a stop in Sioux Falls at Crazymart (Walmart) for our biweekly supplies. Good thing Micah was in a good mood because if we would have had to hurry we wouldn't have gotten anything! We spent 2 hrs in that dreaded store. So, we finally arrived home about 8 PM, Micah was pooped but extremely happy to see daddy! Craig managed to gain more ground on the bathroom! YIPPY! They did some more plumbing and they added a expansion tank on our water heater. Don't ask me what that does, but I guess it is supposed to stop our water heater from spitting water out the overflow thingy! I know, such technical terms. :) One thing at a time at our house. To many projects, not enough time!!
On Sunday, I claimed that as baking day! I dug down deep and did some baking. I managed to get my chocolate star cookies, thumbprint cookies, powdered sugar cookies, peanut butter balls and coconut snowflakes made. I still have more to do, but what a dent that took out of it! I still have to make the things I can't freeze, but of course that has to happen closer to the get togethers.
On a yucky note, Craig is home with the flu today... Oh I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop! For those of you that don't know me, I really really hate throwing up, I would rather be flat on my back for a week than get sick once! I just hate it, Yes I know nobody enjoys it, this is one of my hang ups. I can just pray that by some act of goodness and health - It misses me!!! Pretty sure I won't be that lucky, but one can hope! I will keep ya posted.
This weekend we are off to Nebraska for the Nelson Christmas! Should be a great time. We are looking forward to the trip and celebrating the holiday. Have a great week!

You sure did get some cute pics from Cam's Birthday! Can you email me your photobucket page, i thought I kept the email, and of course forgot to bookmark it as a favorite! My bad! I've even seen some clips of micah lately! Micah is growing so fast, well i guess cam is too but wow! I cant wait till Cam starts making word assocciations not only knowing what they are but being able to say them!
Sorry to hear the flu bug is going around your home. I hope it passes you up too. Throwing up is one thing that I really HATE HATE doing too.

Sorry to hear the hubby is sick. Nothing is worse than throwing up. It's such a helpless feeling. UGH!
