First things first, I forgot to mention that Micah and I colored Easter Eggs on Saturday!
He wasn't sure what to make of this but he figured it out. He was ohhing and awing at the egg turning colors. We managed to escape major disasters which was great. He did drop the eggs in a few times and kur-plunk, the colored water would fly all over the table but he had fun! We giggled and laughed and had a good time. He did throw a fit when we were done because he wanted to do more of course, but we survived! Here are a few pictures:
We went to Alcester to spend Easter with my family this year. We went to church with the family and then we had dinner. It was great to see everyone and let the kids play together. Micah and the other cousins sure made a haul in goodies from everyone! Karla and Angie had an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids, that was really cool! Micah actually understood that he had to pick up the eggs and put them in his basket. It was fun to see the excitement on his face. I think everyone had a good time watching them.
Here are a few pictures of the kids:

The eggs turned out GREAT!! He really looks like he was having a good time!!
Those dye cups we had at our Easter were from a few years back. We just reuse them each year. Not even sure where we got them. SORRY!
Great eggs....Micah looks ready to go! Very cute!!
Micah looks pretty darn proud of his eggs! They turned out really good for his first time. It looks like you had a great Easter!!
Did you know that you have one smart guy on your hands? Of course you do. I can not believe how well he does at things. I know I shouldn't, but I keep comparing Colters progress to Micah's. Colter seems light years behind Micah.
Those are some very nice eggs you have there!
Micah's so stinkin' adorable!!!!
How cute. He looked like he had so much fun. I have an issue with letting my daughter get messy and dirty. I have been told I am anal about it. And they are kids and to let them get dirty.
We are close to Alcester. Looks like you had a good easter.
Saw your pic with the Easter Bunny...Very cute! You are so lucky. When my oldest was his age, she screamed like someone was ripping her hair out. People were coming out of the stores to see who was beating their child. You know what my response was....Hold her arms down, I can't see her face in the pic. :0) I'm such a mean mommy, but I got a pic. Tee-Hee.
