We have been enjoying the season of friendship in our household. We have had the opportunity to spend some time with very dear friends.

On November 30th, we were invited to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate little Miranda's 2nd birthday! The kids loved it of course and we were thankful to be included in her celebration. Micah was able to hang out with "his" friends and loved every minute of it.

On December 5th my friend Val was in town. Her daughter, Lexi was playing in a basketball tournament. It was fun watching her play as her mom and I played many basketball games together! Oh how time flies and things change. Micah enjoyed watching Lexi play and told me "I'm going to play that some day!" We will see what the future hold, but that would be alright by me! After the tournament, we all went out for supper and enjoyed visiting. It was wonderful to have the chance to catch up!

Do you know how hard it is to get a good picture when they are always moving?
I have a new gained respect for action photographers!! :)On December 9th, Micah finished up his Smart Start Soccer class. It was a good experience for him and I think he did alot of growing throughout the class. We started out kind of ruff with him crying and getting down on himself. As parents we learned how to handle that and allow him to be independant. He finished very strong and we were very proud of him. To celebrate the end of his class, we went out to his favorite restaruant, Pizza Ranch for supper! I think he only goes for one thing! Oh and wait, it isn't pizza!!
This is how you eat Ice Cream during our frigid Midwest winter!!
