March 11th - Children's Museum

Friday March 11th, I took the day off of work to spend with Micah. We originally were going to head to Watertown to watch the HS Girls state basketball tourney, but decided that we were heading to the SD Children's Museum instead. Micah was not sure what we were getting into but I can happily report, he was thrilled with the place!

Car Maintenance 101

Changing the tire! He thought this was the bomb! Time to do some shopping! Micah LOVES shopping, this was one of his favorite spots!

He filled his cart to the rim! It was fun to watch his thought process on picking out food. I am not sure if he had certain things in mind or what, but he knew exactly what he needed! He was such a sweet boy, he had to make a pit stop at the flower garden while he was farming! He wanted to pick his mom so flowers! Awe, melt my heart!

He was feeding the little piglets!

He loves his animals!! He thought the piglets were growing and needed to start eating real food!

This was a neat station! He was able to build a wall and it didn't fall down!

We didn't go out there was alot of snow yet, but he still wanted a picture!

Window Painting!

He spent quite a bit of time here until some kid kept encroaching on his turf! He didn't like that so, off went!

Our last stop was the same as our first stop! Back to fixing the car!

This picture he is putting on a new muffler! He liked using the creeper - just like his daddy has in the garage!

Micah has asked many times for us to go back, I think he has even been having dreams about it! He asked this week if mom, dad and Micah could go to the "art" museum! I guess we will be making a trip up there again sometime soon!
