On August 2nd, I had my 15 year class reunion. I can not believe it has been that long. I can honestly say the memories are so clear it feels like yesterday. However, you could not pay me any amount of money to return to that time of my life. YUCK, no thank you! It wasn't terrible, but it was not my favorite time in my short 33 years of life. I do understand that all those times make us who we are, but good grief, that tough time on kids. I hope as a parent, I can remember that when the time comes.
We had a nice time at the reunion. We all met at the local steakhouse and had supper. There were 10 out of 23 graduating class that attended. I didn't think that was to bad at all. Everyone seems to be doing well which is great. For the most part, I think everyone is about the same as they were at the 10 year. After supper we went to the county fair and watched the final demolition derby. I have not been to a demo derby for many years, it was a good time. Unfortunately we only caught the final derby, so it was short lived. We all decided to head downtown to the bar. It was nice to visit with people and get reacquainted. Craig and I left about 11:30, went to the farm and picked up Micah. He got the spend the evening with Grandma Michelle and Grandpa Kurt. He had a really good time! It was nice to have some "us" time since we don't have that luxury very often.
Overall it was a great time and I am glad we went! Here are a few pictures...

My dad used to do demo derbies. SO FUN!
I'm glad you had a good time at your reunion! I didn't go to my 10 year, we didn't have a 15 year, and I WON'T be going to my 20 year. I married the only person from my class that I care to see again!! I didn't hate high school, but like you I wouldn't choose to relive it!!
