Another week

Hiddy Hiddy Ho!
This weekend was a active one as always. Saturday Micah and I packed up and headed to Alcester. We had a bridal shower for my cousin and his fiance. It was a nice time and we enjoyed visiting with everyone. Micah had a ball running around with the other kids! Of course, I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures. Ugh.. I never leave without my camera but I did this time! Oops!! It was a nice shower and we enjoyed ourselves.
Sunday, we went to Sioux Falls shopping. I was in desperate need of jeans! I am not one to shop for myself, I feel like it is a waste of money! I get so frustrated and I don't like spending money on things that aren't feel good things! LOL.. Anyway, I was successful and found some pants! Craig found a few pair as well. It was a good day all the way around. Micah was a trooper, I am afraid he is going to be my little shopping buddy as he gets older! He loves to go shopping in Sioux Falls! SO he says anyway.. Time will tell if he is a true shopper or just a novice! :)
Monday, we had work as usual. Tuesday I was off for Veteran's day. We ended up having nasty weather, so Micah and I hung out. We did manage to get his hair cut, run to the store and visit his daddy at work! While he was napping, I managed to get some closets cleaned out and dresser drawers organized. I had to many shoes!! I need to pitch some of them and get things cleaned up a bit. As most of you know, closets seem to get out of control!! Where does all that stuff come from???
Last night, Micah and I hung out. He is into playing soccer with his McQueen ball! It is so dang cute. we run around the house kicking the ball and stealing it from one another. Of course, we both have to score goals once in a while. He will scream, SCORE and throw his hands up in the air. It is pretty funny.. He also has been into dancing. We had the CMA's on last night and he would come grab my hand and say, "Come On Mommy, Dance!" It was melt your heart sweet! We would dance, with twirls and dips and his grin was from ear to ear! I love the memories, I hope that I never forget! His imagination has been growing leaps and bounds! He had a small rubber spider that he brought home from daycare yesterday. He would hold it and then yell, OWE!! Bite me!! So we played that game for about 1/2 hr.. I finally told him we needed to talk to the spider and tell him if he kept biting we would have to put his nose to the wall because that is naughty! So he sternly told the spider, "Nose to wall, NO BITING" and it worked! The spider straighted up! Haa..

Tonight we start our mixed league volleyball tourney. Hopefully all will go well. We never know how we are going to play. It really depends on the night. We generally play at the level of the other team which isn't always good. I will let you know how it goes.

This coming weekend, we are getting our family pictures taken. I am so excited, I hope they turn out well. We have never had professional family photo taken, I figured it was time!
