Sunday June 6th

Our Family with Seth
On Sunday we had a welcome home party for Seth. We had so much fun and again just enjoyed spending time with family. Micah was so excited to see Seth and get to say WELCOME HOME! We couldn't be more proud of Seth and the fact that he chose to serve our country. We hope that his road ahead will be much easier for him as he has experienced things no 20 year old should have too. He is loved by many and adored by one certain little boy! Micah still has his soldier pictues in his room! We had to move them to his new room when he made that transition to his new room! I did have to explain to Micah that Seth would not have his "soldier suit" on when he came. I could just hear him asking a million questions as to why he didn't have on his uniform!

While waiting for Seth to arrive, Declan and Ebeni found a friend! A snake!! Icky.. Of course they had to have a picture with it! It gave me the hebbie jebbies to be that close!
Micah and Ebeni on Grandpa's Brick pile! They had a lot of fun on this pile and Micah will tell you he learned "My best Jump EVER" off that pile! Ebi waiting patiently for Seth's arrival!! I am not sure, but I think this picture was after our practice run greeting! Yep, we thought we heard them coming so everyone ran outside to find that it was just a lawn mower! Pretty sure the neighbors thought we were nut cases!!
Seth's arrival! He and his dad rode their bikes!
Look at that smile! Such a site for sore eyes!
Craig thinking he needs to try Seth's bike. Of course Seth was all for it! All smiles!
When Craig took off on the motorcycle without Micah, we had one upset little boy. He loves his rides on things with motors! So, being the kind hearted person he is, Uncle Craig fired his up and gave rides!!
Oh boy, Micah was in HEAVEN!!! Aunt Eileen and Uncle Kenny!
We are so happy to have him home from Afgahnistan. His trip back to the states has been less than pleasant to say the least. His fiance, Alex is very very sick. She has a liver disease that causes her to have liver failure. She has been waiting for a liver transplant but has since gotten extremely sick. Due to her condition she has been removed from the donor list. I ask that you all pray for Alex, Seth and everyone involved with this. It has been a very trying time for them and we pray for comfort during all of this. Seth has been granted a extended leave until the 24h or 25th I believe which is blessing. He will at that time return to his home base in NC.
