Another weekend came and went!

Another weekend gone and another week ahead. We managed to stay busy this weekend. Saturday I made my bi-weekly grocery trip to SF. What a joy that is! Walmart is such a treat as most of you know! (NOT!). I get totally irritated with stupid people and just stepping foot into Walmart gets my blood boiling most of the time! The only nice thing about this trip was that the West side has been redone and the aisles are wider. I did like that, I didn't feel like I was constantly thinking, MOVE YOUR A_ _!! If I have to work around you one more time, I am going to lose it!! Enough venting about Wally world.

Saturday evening we had the opportunity to attend a gathering at the new Stadium Sports Grill and Bar downtown. They had a practice session for all the staff and they treated the contractors that worked at the establishment. Ryan and Brandy watched Micah, which was wonderful!! He really enjoys spending time with them so that is great! THANK YOU!!

Back to the stadium..... It is a really nice place. They did a wonderful job. They staff was great, no complaints from us. The food was also good. Word to the wise, if you order the taco salad, you better be hungry. Good grief, that sucker was huge! Note to oneself, they do have to go boxes! I think the nicest thing about the place was that it is totally non smoking. Yes, I know the arguements for the smokers etc, but I did enjoy it being that way. I also think it will be wonderful that we can go somewhere in town and have supper with Micah and not have to worry about the smoke. I believe they have their grand opening today, it will be interesting to see how it goes for them. It is nice, there is no question about that. Ladies, you will love the brand new bathrooms!!! Beware of the hand dryer, I thought they were going to blow my rings right off.. Powerful little sucker!! LOL

Sunday, we decided to head to SF. We were on a mission for a portable DVD player for the vehicle. We are taking a trip to Missouri this weekend, so we thought we better get one for the little man. Well, after searching, we ended up coming back to Madison and getting one at Pamida. It was more of what we were looking for and we didn't have any luck in SF. We ate at Long John Silvers, Micah was introduced to ketchup! Oh brother are we in trouble!! He wouldn't eat anything without dipping it first. We might have created a monster!! Haa..

When we got home, he decided he was going to drive!! He thought that was pretty cool!! He looks like a natural..
