Flooring

This weekend we went to my cousin's house and installed a new laminate floor in her house. She recently purchased a governors house and is in the process of finishing everything up. My brother came from Missouri, my cousin's son came home from college (Kansas), we went down and my brother in law helped. It was pretty slow going at first, things took a while to get started and make dang sure it was square! Long story short, we didn't get on the road until 2:00 AM! It was 4:00 AM when we pulling into our garage.. Finally about 4:30 we were in bed. It has been many years since I have stayed up that long!
So, we were all up at 7:30 AM on Sunday. I had to go get groceries (bi-weekly trip) to SF. Micah decided it was time to get up for the day (Lucky daddy!). I returned at noon and they were just hanging out. It was nap time at 1:30 PM, THANK GOODNESS! We all slept for a few hours and when Micah got up, Craig let me sleep what I thought was a little bit longer.. Good grief, he came in and woke me up at 6:30PM! Yikes..... I still had no problem going to sleep that night, so I must have needed it. I felt like a lazy butt, but at least I could function again! :)
Anyway, the floor was installed and there were no injuries and we all survived so that makes for a successful project.
This week is going to be fairly quiet I think. Last night Craig had pool league so Micah and I hung out. Tonight he is doing some work for a guy so I think Micah and I might head to the high school volleyball game. Tomorrow we have nothing going on, Thursday I have volleyball and the weekend is FREE!! I can't believe it, we are FREE!! YIPPI!! We are going to enjoy every single second..
